CAMEMBERT PROSCIUTTO BAGUETTES
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes ((if toasting baguettes)
Total Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 mini baguettes
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 200g Camembert cheese, sliced
- 4 teaspoons of lavender-infused honey
- A handful of arugula or mixed greens (optional)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:

1. If you prefer toasted baguettes, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice your mini baguettes in half lengthwise and place them on a baking tray. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are lightly crispy. Remove and let them cool slightly.

2. Layer
> On the bottom half of each baguette, lay down a couple of slices of Camembert cheese. If you've toasted the baguettes, the warmth will help soften the cheese.
> Drape two slices of prosciutto over the cheese on each baguette.

3. Final Touches:
> Drizzle each baguette with a teaspoon of lavender-infused honey. The honey will give a sweet contrast to the savory flavors.
> Add a small handful of arugula or mixed greens on top for a peppery bite and a bit of freshness.
> Lightly season with freshly ground black pepper according to your preference.

4. Serve:
> Place the top half of the baguettes on and press down gently.
> Your Camembert & Prosciutto Baguettes are ready to serve.
Notes:
> If you cannot find lavender-infused honey, you can make your own by gently warming honey and adding dried lavender to infuse for an hour, then straining out the lavender.
> Adjust the amount of honey based on your sweetness preference, and the number of greens based on your taste for crunch and peppery flavor.
> These baguettes are best served immediately but can be wrapped in parchment paper and taken to a picnic if needed.
