Coconut and Lime Sorbet Recipe

Prep Time: 15 minutes (plus freezing time)

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

• 1 cup coconut water
• 1 cup canned coconut milk
• 1/2 cup lime juice (about 4-5 limes)
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
• Lime zest, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Make the Sorbet Mixture

> In a medium saucepan, combine coconut water, coconut milk, and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.

> Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

2. Create Sorbet Consistency

> Once cooled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a sorbet consistency.

> Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours or overnight.

3. Serve

> Serve scoops of sorbet in coconut shells (if available) or bowls, garnished with toasted coconut flakes and lime zest for a refreshing, coastal-inspired finale to your meal.
