Avocado and Mango Tartare Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 small red chili, deseeded and finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large endive leaves, for serving
- Optional: Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

1. Prepare the Avocado and Mango
> In a medium bowl, gently toss the diced avocado and mango with the lime juice to prevent browning and to add flavor.
