HOW DOES THE HOSTING PLATFORM WORK?

Our platform allows you to build your perfect dinner party. You can select from our range of table decor, menus, and music playlists to create a seamless and memorable event. Once you've made your selections, we bundle everything into a box and deliver it straight to your door. Learn how it works.

WHAT MATERIALS HAVE YOU USED?

We focus on using natural materials such as 100% linen, organic cotton, porcelain and ceramics and incorporate artisanal craftsmanship, such as blockprint, hand-drawn designs and embroidery, to create our unique tableware pieces. Currently, we do not offer customized products. However, we continually update our collections with new and exciting pieces to suit various tastes and preferences.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP?

We offer a $14.95 flat rate for shipping under $250. Shipping on orders above $250 is free

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.

If the order was placed via your account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your ACCOUNT and visiting the “Orders” section.

If the order was placed as a guest, the status of the order can still be viewed from the “Track my order” section, available HERE.


My tracking number does not work or does not exist. How can I track my order?

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT SHIP OUT?

If your order was in stock, expect to receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number within 1-2 business days. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). If you're located outside of this region, then send us an email and we'd be happy to work on a solution together.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

No, currently we do not ship outside of the USA. For detailed information, please refer to our shipping
